Help DISA Fix Its Website
The Defense Information Systems Agency openly admits that its website is confusing. It's looking for feedback on how to improve it.

The agency in charge of the Internet and communications systems for the military has made a rather ironic admission: its website isn't very helpful.
The Defense Information Systems Agency said Thursday that it is looking to revamping DISA.mil to make it more user-friendly to customers and the public. It is collecting feedback until August 23.Â
"At times, mission and industry partners have expressed frustration when looking for information on DISA.mil," the agency said in an email. "The most common complaints received by DISA are that the navigation is not intuitive and that users must know the DISA organizational structure to find the information they need."
DISA said it will conduct an online "card-sorting" exercise to get a sense of how users believe agency information should be categorized.Â
People interested in offering feedback should set aside 30-45 minutes, DISA said.Â
