A motorcycle was involved in a crash on Annapolis Road Thursday afternoon but the operator appeared to walk away unscathed.
The crash happened at about 3:45 p.m. at the intersection of Oakton Road and eastbound Annapolis Road. The motorcycle was lying on its side on the road and appeared to be damaged.
The operator of the motorcycle was wearing a helmet and dressed in army fatigues. He appeared to be exchanging information with the driver of a car stopped at the scene. Police also responded to the scene, but it did not appear that anyone required medical attention.
