New Housing Development To Be Placed Near Quarterfield Road

Two real estate properties in Severn were purchased by developer Koch Associates in plan that proposes to build 77 single family lots on 70 acres of land. 

First reported by baltimorerealestate.citybiz.com, the sites are located near Quarterfield Road and known as Handschuh and Happel properties. According to the report, the new development will be known as Brookwood Run. 

The Executive Vice President of Hogan Companies, Timothy Hogan, is quoted as saying the purchase was a process that took six years. He also mentions that the project is a response to the incoming flow of people from BRAC.
