O'Malley's Budget Includes Money for Fort Meade Roads
The governor's proposed budget would funnel $20 million to complete intersection improvements along Route 175, the Maryland Gazette reports.

Plans to relieve congestion along Route 175 will get a boost under the latest budget proposal from Gov. Martin O'Malley, the Maryland Gazette reports.
The proposal includes $20 million for the State Highway Administration to fund intersection improvements near Fort Meade. Several of the projects have already been through design and engineering work, but still lacked funds for construction.
The projects, according to the Gazette, include intersections on Route 175 at Mapes Road/Charter Oaks Boulevard, and Route 175 at Reece Road.
