School of the Incarnation Holds Presidential Election

Students at the School of the Incarnation in Gambrills had their own presidential election on Tuesday, casting ballots for two "mystery" candidates as part of a social studies lesson.

Laura Pajerowski, the school's director of development, said the students in the middle school program cast their ballots during their lunch period for the "Orange" or "Yellow" candidate after reading each candidate's platform. The colors were used instead of the real candidate names to ensure that students voted based on the issues. 

After the votes were counted, the "Yellow" candidate—Mitt Romney—emerged as the winner.
