3. YOU SAID IT » Reader "Barbara," commenting on a recent string of wallet thefts in Hanover: "Stores don't even look for a signature on the cards anymore. Mine clearly says, "check for ID". Yet only once in over 3 years has someone asked to see ID. And most places the total has to be a large amount for one to even have to sign a receipt for purchase."
