Severn Man Arrested for Possession of Suboxone, Drug Paraphernalia

The arrest was made last week in Calvert County at Chesapeake Beach.

A Severn man was arrested last week for allegedly possessing Suboxone and other drug paraphernalia.

Suboxone is a narcotic and a drug traditionally used to treat addictions such as alcoholism.

According to the police report from the Calvert County Police Department, Jeffrey Harrison, 35, was pulled over by an officer for traffic violations around 8:31 a.m. on Monday Aug. 8.

The stop was made on Route 260 at St. Andrews Drive in Chesapeake Beach.

The report said that Harrison was found to be in possession of other drug paraphernalia.

After the incident, the 35-year-old was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
