Severn Man Turns Himself In for Fatal Hit and Run

A Severn man turned himself in to police Tuesday in connection with a hit and run that killed two teenage girls in June, according to the Baltimore Sun. 

The article stated that Reuben Dunn, 28, is being charged in an idictment with driving under the influence, two counts of automobile manslaughter and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death. 

While this incident took place in Baltimore, Anne Arundel County has experienced an involving pedestrians being struck by vehicles. So much so, throughout Anne Arundel County this year than in all of 2009.
