She quickly answered via Facebook, and after being directed to the "official" comment page, she shared with the world the accuracy of her identification.
knew the photo was taken off of Reece Road, where a large "concession-like structure" sits, waiting for purchase. The small building has been closed since I moved to Severn, but it resembles that of a snowball stand or something of the like.
