Three Residents Seek Piney Orchard Board Seats

The community will vote on new directors at its annual meeting on April 9.

Three residents have submitted approved applications for seats on the Piney Orchard Board of Directors. 

Members of the Piney Orchard Community have a chance to vote for their candidacy at the community's annual board meeting on April 9. The meeting will take place in the community center at 6:30 p.m.

The candidates' applications with responses to questions are attached.

The candidates for the board include:

  • Lou Carloni - Has served on the board for six years. Currently chairs the Recreational Facilities Committee. Works as a self-employed management consultant. 
  • Bob Lowther - Mid-Atlantic Regional Director for the Dolben Company. Is a lot owner in Piney Orchard and is a past president of the Maryland Multi-Housing Association.
  • Annemarie Gibbony - An accountant and lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County. Summa cum laude graduate of Elon University.
