Heavy flooding literally washed the street away Wednesday night and Thursday morning, as captured by Severn resident, Lynn Morrissette.
As reported by Severn Patch Thursday morning, after they were holding tightly to a guardrail amid heavy floodwaters.
The rescue took place near Old Mill Road and Burns Crossing Road, and police said the waters completely washed away the roadway. The photos above capture what that exactly looks like.
