Work On Conway Road Signals Start of Two Rivers Project
Developers of the age-restricted project are carrying out infrastructure upgrades.

There's been a flurry of activity along Conway Road in Odenton, as workers prepare for the development of the Two Rivers project.
Sediment fences line the road almost from Route 3 to the end of Conway. County spokeswoman Tracie Reynolds said the developers of the Two Rivers project will be reconstructing portions of Conway Road as part of an approved infrastructure plan.
Meanwhile near the end of Conway Road, preliminary site work has begun on the actual Preserve at Two Rivers project itself. The development calls for about 2,000 housing units designed for people aged 55 and over. (The developer, Classic Communities, had sought to lift the age-restriction, but were shot down by local residents.)
