Baltimore County Offers Free Parking
"Season's greetings" bags will be placed on 1,735 parking meters.

Baltimore County is offering limited free parking starting Friday and running through Christmas Day.
Residents will be allowed to park for free at 1,735 parking meters covered with red “season’s greetings” in Catonsville, Towson, Parkville, Essex, Overlea, Pikesville, Arbutus, Stoneleigh and Dundalk, according to a news release.
"This time of the year it is especially important to support the owners of Baltimore County's local shops and restaurants," Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz said in a news release. "We're doing our part with a parking meter holiday so shoppers can help keep the neighborhood economy going strong."
