Gannett Fleming To Open Office In Metro Centre At Owings Mills

The space on Grand Central Avenue in Owings Mills "checked all of their boxes," a company said of its employees.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — An engineering and architectural firm is moving into Metro Centre at Owings Mills.

Gannett Fleming plans to settle into 10200 Grand Central Avenue by summer 2022. The agency provides solutions for infrastructure challenges, such as the Fullerton Reservoir.

"This new office location provides easy access to public transportation and allows us to be centrally located so that we can reach our clients quickly," said Derek Mostoller, vice president and Baltimore office principal for Gannett Fleming.

Metro Centre is near the Owings Mills Metro station and Interstate 795.

"We surveyed our employees about what they'd like to see in an office space, and this location within Metro Centre checked all of their boxes," Mostoller said.

Among the firm's clients are Baltimore County, for which the company engineered three reservoirs to provide water supply storage near Fullerton.

"Gannett Fleming's employees and clients are at the core of what we do," Mostoller said in a statement. "So it's important to provide our team with a collaborative workspace featuring the latest technology that serves our hybrid working model."

Other corporate tenants at Metro Centre include accounting company SB & Company and audit firm Myers and Stauffer.

Gannett Fleming currently has offices in Woodlawn and in downtown Baltimore.
