OWINGS MILLS, MD — A teen has been missing from Owings Mills for more than three weeks, and police have asked for help finding her.

Diana Rodriguez Castaneda, 16, was last seen in the 100 block of Twin Willow Court in Owings Mills on Thursday, Sept. 30, officials said.

She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 150 pounds, according to authorities.
