BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A crash snarled traffic on Interstate 795 Wednesday afternoon.
The crash occurred on I-795 north before the exit for Franklin Boulevard around 5 p.m., according to authorities.
Initially, both lanes were closed, state transportation officials reported.
