OWINGS MILLS, MD — A man is missing, and officials said he disappeared from Owings Mills.

Anthony Givens, 21, was last seen in the 9800 block of Bale Court around 6:30 a.m. Thursday, police said.

Givens is 230 pounds and 6 feet, 1 inch tall.
