What is 31's Wild?

31's Wild is a fun raffle game run by the Owings Mills Volunteer Fire Company, in Baltimore County, MD. It's simple to play and gives you a shot at winning real cash. The big prize? The 31's Wild Joker card - find it and win the jackpot! (currently $2000).
Our first ever drawing is on Sunday, August 31. After that, drawings will happen every Monday at 6:00 PM.

🎯 How to Play

  1. Choose your card number(s) from 1 to 54. Each card is $5.
  2. You can buy more than one ticket - even multiple for the same card number.
  3. Pay online through our secure checkout.
  4. We’ll email you a confirmation with your chosen numbers.
  5. Tune in for the drawing. We flip one card per week, starting August 31.

  • The 31's Wild Joker - you win the jackpot (currently $2000 and growing)
  • A regular card - you still win a cash prize, see Payouts below

Once a card is flipped, it stays face-up and can’t be chosen again until the whole board is reset.

Game Integrity

All 54 cards (a standard deck plus 2 jokers) are randomly sealed to a locked board by our secure third-party raffle vendor. We do not know which card is behind which number. The placement is completely hidden from everyone, including our fire company, until a card is flipped live during the drawing. Once a card is revealed, it stays face-up for the rest of the game and cannot be picked again. A brand new board starts once the 31’s Wild Joker is found. All cards on the board are sealed and look like this until flipped live.


All proceeds benefit Station 31, the Owings Mills Volunteer Fire Company of Baltimore County - a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your support helps us respond to emergencies, train volunteers, and serve our community.
