5 Improvements Coming to Downtown Perry Hall
Private donations and volunteers spur the beautification of Belair and Joppa roads.

Downtown Perry Hall will see several improvements coming to the area in the coming weeks.
Officials deemed it a "facelift" in a release, although one could consider the improvements more of a spring cleaning.
New banners, a power washing, mulching, further landscaping and a community cleanup round out a series of planned enhancements to the designated commercial revitalization area, the release states.

"Over the next two months, residents of Perry Hall will see a visible improvement to that area we are calling Downtown Perry Hall, which is centered at Belair and Joppa Roads," Councilman David Marks said in a release. "I am particularly happy that many of these improvements represent donations from the private sector. We need to build partnerships to improve our communities, particularly during tough economic times."
