Charm City Cakes lives up to its charming reputation, at least in the eyes of a few Perry Hall High School students.
When the posh Baltimore bakery couldn't accommodate a field trip for a large group of Perry Hall's special needs students, Charm City decided to bring the cake to them.
In honor of his 18th birthday, Charm City Cakes presented Perry Hall High School student Daniel Borowy with a custom two-tier cake creation, which he and a group of his friends and family enjoyed Sunday.
