Dundalk Shooting Victim Identified As 35-Year-Old Man

Police identified the man fatally shot last week in a Dundalk neighborhood. He was 35.

DUNDALK, MD — Police on Friday identified the man fatally shot last week in a Dundalk neighborhood.

Officers said the victim was 35-year-old Marcos Molina-Saravia.

Authorities said they were called Wednesday around 5:30 a.m. to the 1800 block of Portship Road. That's a residential street off Holabird Avenue.

Police said the victim, who was shot multiple times, was dead when officers arrived.

Authorities have not yet announced any leads on a suspect.

This was one of two homicides in the county last week. A bartender was found dead in her Timonium home on Sept. 15. There is no indication that the two homicides are related.

The Baltimore County Police Department asked anybody with information to call 410-887-INFO (410-887-4636). Callers can stay anonymous. Tipsters can also submit information through the county's iWATCH program at iwatch.baltimorecountymd.gov.

The Metro Crime Stoppers, an independent investigator, is also collecting anonymous tips and sharing them with officers. The Metro Crime Stoppers offered a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest on felony charges.
