Free Kids Meals In Perry Hall This Summer Available Through 2 Programs

Here's where to find free meals from Baltimore County Public Schools and Baltimore County Public Library during the summer for children.

PERRY HALL, MD — School ended on June 16 for students in Baltimore County Public Schools, and to ensure kids stay nourished during the summer, free meals are available.

Baltimore County Public Schools is providing free breakfast and lunch through its Summer Food Service Program from Tuesday, June 21, through Friday, Aug. 19. See the full list of locations.

  • Carney Elementary School, 3131 East Joppa Rd., 9–9:30 a.m. and 12–12:30 p.m.
  • Perry Hall Middle School, 4300 Ebenezer Rd., 9–9:30 a.m. and 12–12:30 p.m.
  • Parkville Middle School, 8711 Avondale Rd., 8–8:30 a.m. and 11–11:30 a.m.

The Baltimore County Public Library Summer Lunch program starts Tuesday, June 21. Those 18 years old and under must pick up their food, provided through local nonprofit Good Harvest Community Kitchen, and eat it on-site, according to organizers. Children younger than 8 must be accompanied by an adult, and the program does not accommodate child care or camp groups.
