Homicide In White Marsh Under Investigation

WHITE MARSH, MD — A homicide investigation is underway after a shooting in White Marsh, police say.

Police said they were called for a cardiac arrest near Silver Spring at Philadelphia roads at 1:21 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, and they found someone suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Whitney Hoover, 27, was pronounced deceased at the scene, where he was found inside a vehicle.
