Fatal Shooting Suspect Arrested After Labor Day Killing: Baltimore County Police

A fatal shooting suspect was charged with murder, police said. The victim was shot on Labor Day.

PARKVILLE, MD — Police on Monday announced the arrest of a man accused in a fatal Labor Day shooting in Parkville.

Officers said they arrested James Clark, 44, in the killing of Romy Bogier, 43 of Parkville.

Authorities said they charged Clark with first-degree murder.

Clark was being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center as of Monday, police said.

Officers said they were called for shots fired in the 8400 block of Leefield Road around 4:20 p.m. on Sept. 2.

A second man was hospitalized in the incident, but authorities don't know the cause of his injuries. He's expected to survive.

Police said they found Bogier suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body.

Medics took him to a hospital, where officers said he died soon after.
