Fifth District Councilman David Marks was kind enough to send us a recap of the Perry Hall High School PTSA Volunteer Dinner. Shout out to Kim Forsyth who went the extra mile volunteering for a number of school activities, which included organizing the Spring Crafts Fair. Add Kim's daughter Marlee's Carnegie Hall debut and the Forsyth's are having a pretty awesome month.
