Salt Truck Downs Power Lines Affecting Perry Hall, Kingsville Drivers
Crews managed to reopen the road by 3 p.m., although State Highway Administration officials are urging caution in the area.

A contractor salt truck knocked down power lines today along Belair Road near the Perry Hall and Kingsville border, prompting State Highway Administration crews to close the throughway for several hours Monday.
"The bed on the truck was too high," administration spokesman Charlie Gischlar said.
Utilities crews managed to reopen the road by 3 p.m., although Gischlar is urging motorists to excercise caution in the area as repair work continues into Monday afternoon.

Gischlar said State Highway Administration personnel will investigate the incident to determine liabilities.
