Teen Charged In White Marsh Road Rage Homicide: Report
A woman was shot in White Marsh in what police reportedly said was a "road rage incident."
WHITE MARSH, MD — Police said a Rosedale man was arrested in connection with a recent White Marsh homicide.
Justin D. Allen, 18, of the 9200 block of Swiven Place, was charged with one count of first-degree murder, according to court records.
The charge stems from a woman found shot to death in a vehicle near the intersection of Silver Spring and Philadelphia roads in White Marsh, police said.

Officers found Whitney Hoover, 27, when they were called to a cardiac arrest at the intersection before 1:30 a.m. on May 14, according to police. Authorities said Hoover was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Investigators believe the case was "a road rage incident," a detective told WMAR, after another "brake-checked" the white BMW Hoover was a passenger in from the area of Big Falls Inn, in the 11800 block of Philadelphia Road, until the time when her driver tried to pass the other vehicle, which was reportedly a light-gray Toyota. The distance between the shooting and the reported start of the engagement between the two drivers was a little less than 3 miles.

Allen was taken into custody Friday, May 20, according to court records. A judge denied him bail Monday at a bail review hearing in Baltimore County District Court.
