Riverdale Native Wins Academic Awards at Notre Dame of Maryland

At Notre Dame of Maryland's 2012 Notre Dame Day Celebration, Riverdale, MD native Alexandra Osorio received the Classical and Modern Foreign Languages Department Award and the Mary Anne O'Donnell Team Academic Achievement Award, as a member of the college's 2010-2011 tennis team.

Notre Dame of Maryland University, founded as a Catholic liberal arts college in 1895 by the School Sisters of Notre Dame, educates nearly 3,000 women and men enrolled in degree and certificate programs at its main campus in north Baltimore and at satellite centers in Maryland.
