They may have spent more than a thousand dollars on their water bill, but Linda Dylla, and her husband Henry, said it was worth it. Their beautiful garden earned them an award from the county's beautification committee care of former mayor John Brunner Monday evening at the University Park mayor and council meeting. Resident Tom Stickles and his wife were also recipients of the award, although they couldn't be present at the meeting. Stickles is known for his work with the town's stream Wells Run.
