University Park's mayor and council are set to meet Monday evening for a public hearing followed by a legislative meeting. The public hearing is the third in a series of hearings held by a council committee. It will allow residents the opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed changes to the town's charter regarding election procedures as well as mayor and council compensation. The public hearing will start at 6 p.m. in . Afterward, the mayor and council will discuss a number of items on their legislative agenda including a public works mutual aid agreement and the Cafritz property. The legislative meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the school's media center.
