As of 6:28 a.m., the southbound-right shoulder of I-83 South at the exit for Guilford Avenue is closed due to a two-vehicle collision, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]
As of 6:27 a.m., a crash was reported on the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 before the exit for MD-355/Wisconsin Avenue, according to MDOT. [Kensington, MD]
As of 6:19 a.m., the right-center lane of the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 is blocked on the American Legion Bridge due to a crash, according to WTOP Traffic. [American Legion Bridge, MD]
As of 5:46 a.m., the intersection of 10th Street and Massachusetts Avenue, Northwest, is blocked due to a vehicle crash, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. [Washington, DC]

Westbound-right off-ramp from MD-725 West at John Rogers Boulevard is closed due to roadwork, according to MDOT. [Upper Marlboro, MD]
The northbound-left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]
Eastbound shoulder, traffic lane and center turn lane of MD-648 East between Kuethe Road and Governor Ritchie Highway are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Glen Burnie, MD]
Mass Transit
Due to police activity on 10th Street Northwest at Massachusetts Avenue, buses on the following Metrobus routes are experiencing delays: 63 and 64, according to Metro. [Washington, DC]
Due to downed power lines, northbound buses on Metrobus routes F1, F2, and R4 are detouring on Queens Chapel Road at 25th Street and resuming their regular route on Queens Chapel Road at Ager Road, according to Metro. In addition, southbound buses are detouring on Queens Chapel Road at 30th Street and resuming their regular route on Arundel Road at Varnum Street. [Washington, DC]
Due to driver shortage, the following Commuter Bus trip will not operate on Wednesday morning: Route 830 - Trip #-11. This will affect routes 830 (Dunkirk-DC) and 840 (Prince Frederick-DC), according to MDOT. [Washington, DC]
As of 5:27 a.m., Light RailLink was experiencing delays in north and southbound service due to a disabled train, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]
DC Weather
A chance of showers is expected across the Baltimore-Washington region on Wednesday followed by a slight chance of showers later in the day, according to the National Weather Service. The temperature around 7:15 a.m., was 51 degrees under foggy skies.
A light rain was falling on Rockville, around 7:15 a.m., on Wednesday, with the expectation of it ending around 7:30 a.m., according to the AccuWeather forecast. The high is expected to be 61 and the low 47.
