As of 7:17 a.m., a crash was reported on southbound Connecticut Avenue after Knowles Avenue, according to WTOP Traffic. [Kensington, MD]

As of 7:15 a.m., crash was reported on MD-75 North/South at Lime Plant Road, according to MDOT. [New London, MD]

As of 7:12 a.m., the southbound-right shoulder of I-270 South at the exit for southbound MD-187/Old Georgetown Road is closed due to a two-vehicle collision, according to MDOT. [North Bethesda, MD]

As of 7:12 a.m., police activity is affecting traffic in both directions on East Capitol Street near 55th Street, according to WTOP Traffic. [Capitol Heights, MD]

As of 7:11 a.m., a brush fire was reported on the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 near US-50/John Hanson Highway, according to WTOP Traffic. [Lanham, MD]

As of 7:08 a.m., the right shoulder on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 at the exit for MD-650/New Hampshire Avenue is closed due to a two-vehicle collision, according to MDOT. [Hillandale, MD]

As of 7 a.m., the westbound-left turn, left shoulder, and left traffic lane of US-50 at MD-213 North are closed due to a three-vehicle collision, according to MDOT. [Wye Mills, MD]

As of 6:48 a.m., the northbound-traffic lane and shoulder of MD 213 North at Iron Square Road are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Church Hill, MD]

As of 6:34 a.m., two left traffic lanes and the left shoulder on the Outer Loop of the Baltimore Beltway/I-695 at I-70 are closed due to a three-vehicle collision, according to MDOT. [Woodlawn, MD]

As of 6:32 a.m., a crash on George Avenue, Northwest at Euclid Street, Northwest is affecting traffic in both directions, according to WTOP Traffic. [Washington, DC]

Ongoing Closures:

Two northbound-right traffic lanes and shoulder are closed on MD-173 between Cabot Drive and Marley Neck Boulevard due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Fort Armistead, MD]

Westbound-right off-ramp from MD-725 West at John Rogers Boulevard is closed due to roadwork, according to MDOT. [Upper Marlboro, MD]

The northbound-left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]

Eastbound shoulder, traffic lane and center turn lane of MD-648 East between Kuethe Road and Governor Ritchie Highway are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Glen Burnie, MD]

DC Weather

Expect mostly sunny weather in the Baltimore-Washington region on Tuesday, with a high of 72 and a low of 47, according to the National Weather Service.

In Rockville, Maryland, the temperature was 55 degrees under mostly cloudy skies around 7:30 a.m., on Tuesday, according to the AccuWeather forecast.
