April 15th has rolled around once again, and at least one local business was offering up a tax day treat.
California Tortilla served free orders of chips and queso to the tax-weary, a welcome reward whether you're reveling in your refund or pinching pennies after paying Uncle Sam. Diners simply had to say the password— "1040"—when purchasing any item.
