Comstock Pays $1.5M For Parking Lot Close To Rockville Town Center
Reston-based developer Comstock Holding Companies recently purchased an 18,150-square-foot parcel close to Rockville Town Center.

ROCKVILLE, MD — Through an affiliated subsidiary, Comstock Holding Companies recently paid $1.5 million to purchase a surface parking lot located about a block away from Rockville Town Center in Maryland, according to the Washington Business Journal.
Although the 18,150-square-foot parcel is primed for redevelopment, the company did not provide details about its plans for the property at 41 Maryland Ave. However, the property is adjacent to a BLVD Ansel an BLVD Forty-Four, two 250-unit residential towers that Comstock and affiliated entities purchased and rebranded in 2021 and 2022.

“This strategic, debt-free acquisition of entitled land adjacent to Comstock assets at Rockville Metro Station provides an opportunity to further grow revenue and earnings,” CEO Christopher Clemente told the Washington Business Journal.
With its headquarters in Reston Station, Comstock has about 2.4 million square feet of projects under development in the greater D.C. area.
