Hanukkah 2021 In Montgomery County: Find Local Celebrations Here

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — This year, Hanukkah began on the evening of Sunday, Nov. 28 and will conclude on Monday, Dec. 6. There will be parades, celebrations and other events held in Montgomery County over the next week.

Chanukah Fire Truck Parade
Tuesday, Nov. 30
Beginning at Rockville Fire Station at 6 p.m., this fire truck parade will make five stops in the county. See the full parade route and more information here.

Chanukah Wonderland
Opened Friday, Nov. 26
The Simcha Educational Center will have crafts, family activities, and more this week. See the full state of events here.

Kids Club Chanukah
Wednesday, Dec. 1
Elementary school-age kids can make doughnuts and other crafts from 4 to 6 p.m. More info here.

Chanukah Party
Saturday, Dec. 4
There will be a party at the Chanukah Wonderland beginning at 7:30 p.m., with latkes, drinks and more. See the flier here.

Menorah Car Parade
Thursday, Dec. 2, 6:30 p.m.

Chanukah at Glen Echo Park
Sunday, Dec. 5, 2:30 p.m.
The Chabad Of Bethesda will host a celebration in collaboration with Glen Echo Park, Adventure Theater, and the Puppet Co. Reserve a spot here.

Regional Teen Chanukah Bash
Sunday, Dec. 5, 6 p.m.
More than 100 people will attend this event, which features a grand Menorah lighting, incredible Mentalist, food and music. Get more info here.
