As of 7:24 a.m., debris in the roadway is blocking the center of the Capital Beltway Inner Loop/I-495 near I-95, according to WTOP Traffic. [Hillandale, MD]
As of 7:17 a.m., the westbound shoulder of MD-108 between Middle Patuxent Court and Sheppard Lane is closed, according to MDOT. [Harper's Choice, MD]
As of 7:16 a.m., the three southbound-right traffic lanes and right shoulder of MD 355 South from Grosvenor Lane to Alta Vista Road are closed, according to MDOT. [Chevy Chase, MD]
As of 7:14 a.m., the 5100-5200 blocks of Broad Branch Road, Northwest, between 27th and 32nd streets are closed due to high standing water, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. [Washington, DC]

As of 6:57 a.m., both southbound-traffic lanes and the shoulder of MD-70 South between Calvert Street and College Avenue are closed, according to MDOT. [Annapolis, MD]

Ongoing Closures:
Both southbound-traffic lanes on US-1/Alternate South at Selma Avenue are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Halethorpe, MD]
Both southbound shoulder of I-395 from Conway Street to Fort McHenry are closed, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]
The northbound shoulder and two right traffic lanes of MD-173 North between Cabot Drive and Marley Neck Boulevard are closed due to utility work, according to MDOT. [Fort Armistead, MD]
Westbound-right off-ramp from MD-725 West at John Rogers Boulevard is closed due to roadwork, according to MDOT. [Upper Marlboro, MD]
The northbound-left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]
Eastbound shoulder, traffic lane and center turn lane of MD-648 East between Kuethe Road and Governor Ritchie Highway are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Glen Burnie, MD]
Mass Transit
Light RailLink is single tracking on Friday morning due to required maintenance in areas between Falls Road and Lutherville stations. [Baltimore, MD]
Due to the IMF World Bank Fall Meetings, the following Metrobus routes are detouring until 5 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 15, according to Metro: 3Y, 16Y, 42, and 43. [Washington, DC]
The shelter work at Bus Bay B & C is expected to be finished by Friday afternoon. Once the construction blockades and materials are removed, Route 204 will resume boarding and alighting passengers at its original Bus Bay. [College Park, MD]
Due to street closures for the International Monetary Fund/World Bank Fall Meeting, MTA Commuter Bus will not be able to serve the 19th Street stop between Pennsylvania Avenue and H Street, Northwest through Friday, according to MTA. This will impact the following morning routes: 305, 325, 715, 810, 820, 830, and 840. Evening routes affected are 335 and 345. Delays can be expected in the area along 19th Street, near the World Bank Complex. [Washington, DC]
DC Weather
Sunny skies are expected across the Baltimore-Washington region on Friday, with a high of 67 and a low of 44, according to the National Weather Service.
In Rockville, the temperature around 7:40 a.m., was 52 degrees under mostly sunny skies, according to the AccuWeather forecast.
