Man Charged In MS-13 Murder Of Montgomery County Teen
Another man has been arrested in the 2015 gang-related death of a Montgomery County teenager who was beaten and stabbed in Virginia.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A sixth man has been arrested in the 2015 gang-related death of a Montgomery County teen who was found dead in a wooded area in Woodbrige, Virginia.
Jose Elias Ayala-Gomes, now 21, is charged with murder by Montgomery County Police and is awaiting extradition to Virginia.
The victim, Guillermo Hernandez Leyva, 19, was found Sept. 29, 2015 while police were investigating an unrelated call of a shooting at Dale Forest Apartments. His scant remains were examined by the Medical Examiner's Office, which ruled the death a murder. Police say he was beaten and stabbed to death.

Further investigation found that both the victim and suspects — several of whom already have been arrested — had ties to the deadly street gang Mara Salvatrucha, or MS13.
In 2017, suspects in the murder were arrested in Maryland, Indiana, New Jersey and Texas.

Police arrested Daniel Alexander Flores Ventura, Wilians Ernesto Lovos Ayala, Michael Alexander Campos Lemus and Vilas Sail Argueta Bermudez and charged them with first-degree murder. Carlos Ulises Ohoa Pineda was charged with accessory before the fact to murder, police said.
