Man Took Upskirt Photos In Rockville Marshall's Store: Police

ROCKVILLE, MD — Police are searching for a man who took photos underneath a woman's dress while she shopped inside a department store in Rockville.

The incident occurred at the Marshalls at 12051 Rockville Pike at about 1:45 p.m. April 26, police said.

The woman was approached by another customer who said she saw the suspect using a cell phone to take pictures underneath the victim's dress.

The victim confronted the suspect and he fled out of the store, police said.

Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to an arrest and/or indictment for this crime.
