MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — Residents looking to pick up a summer job will be able to explore options with Montgomery County Recreation (MCR) at hiring fairs on April 9.

MCR says it will have seasonal openings in aquatics, community recreation facilities, senior services, youth development, sports, therapeutic recreation and more. Interested applicants can sign up in advance for an interview, but walk-ins will also be accepted a first come, first served basis.

“I started my highly satisfying career path with MCR as a seasonal staff,” said MCR Director Robin Riley in a news release. “I encourage anyone interested in a service job, that makes a difference in the lives of others, to consider joining the MCR team.”
