Nude Photos Of MCPS Students Posted On Snapchat By Unknown User
Montgomery County public school officials are warning parents of an unknown individual who asks students to send nude photos over Snapchat.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — In a recent letter to parents, Montgomery County Public Schools officials warned of an anonymous individual who asks middle school students for nude photos and then posts them for others to see.
The school "received multiple reports from community members" that "one or more individuals is posting inappropriate content on a private social media platform, including nude images of MCPS students," Montgomery County Public Schools spokesman Derek Turner wrote in the letter.
"It is our understanding that many of the nude images on the private site were taken by or with the consent of the students appearing in the photos," the letter states.

Turner told NBC Washington the schools include Loiderman Middle School in Silver Spring, Farquhar Middle School in Olney and a third middle school that has not been identified at this time.
