Missing Man Who Functions At Elementary-School Level Found Safe

Dennis Richard Morgan, 60, was last seen leaving his group home in Rockville Tuesday evening, police said.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 60-year-old man who functions at an elementary-school level.

Dennis Richard Morgan was last seen leaving his group home in the 14400 block of Brad Dr. in Rockville on foot at about 6:38 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

Police and caregivers are concerned for Morgan’s physical and emotional welfare. He frequents the shopping centers in the Aspen Hill area, police said.

Morgan is described by police as a white male, about 5’11” tall and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes and a beard. He was last seen wearing a green hoodie, blue jeans and black shoes, police said.

Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Morgan to call the Montgomery County Police Department’s non-emergency number at 301-279-8000.
