ROCKVILLE, MD — Police are searching for a 25-year-old man missing from Rockville.
Serkan Fazli Kantar left his Russett Road home at 4 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 28. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and jeans, police said.
Family and police are concerned for Kantar's emotional and physical welfare, police said. His cell phone is turned off.
