Tiberias Steven Foster, 32, was last seen at a rehabilitation facility on Denfield Road in Rockville, police said.
ROCKVILLE, MD — Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Rockville man.
Tiberias Steven Foster, 32, was last seen at a rehabilitation facility on Denfield Road in Rockville.
Police and rehabilitation staff are concerned for Foster’s well-being, police said.

Foster is described by police as a black male, 5’10” and weighs 175 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoos on his face and neck.
