Police Seek Missing Rockville Man

David Emanuel Bailey, 29, was last seen between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, police said.

ROCKVILLE, MD — Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing Rockville man.

David Emanuel Bailey, 29, was last seen between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday when he left the Montgomery County Men’s Emergency Shelter at 600 East Gude Dr. on foot.

Family members have been unable to contact him since that time, police said.

Bailey was last known to reside at an address on Falls Grove Drive in Rockville, police said.

Police describe Bailey as a black male, 6’2” and weighs 250 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt, white t-shirt, blue jeans, and brown and green boots. He has tattoos on his neck, left tricep, and forearm, police said.
