Prostitution Arrests, Robberies and Muggings in Rockville City Police Reports
Arrests and incidents through Jan. 21, according to Rockville city police.

700 block of Rockville Pike: A 47-year-old woman was arrested at 10:46 p.m. Jan. 15 on a felony outstanding warrant from Virginia for failing to comply with a court order.
200 block of Richard Montgomery Drive: A 16-year-old boy was arrested for robbery, second-degree assault and theft at 11:45 a.m. Jan. 15.

200 block of Richard Montgomery Drive: A 17-year-old boy was arrested for robbery and theft between 12:30 and 12:42 p.m. Jan. 15.
14900 block of Shady Grove Road: Three women, ages 25, 38 and 39, were arrested for prostitution between 7 p.m. Jan. 15 and 10:21 p.m. Jan. 16.
700 block of Rockville Pike: A 37-year-old man was arrested for trespassing and possession of an alcoholic beverage in public between 8:41 and 8:55 p.m. Jan. 17.
Unit block of Monroe Street: A 37-year-old man was arrested for possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance—marijuana between 10:30 and 11 p.m. Jan. 19.
12800 block of Atlantic Avenue: A 44-year-old woman was arrested for trespassing between 4:11 and 4:15 p.m. Jan. 20.
Incidents
400 block of North Horners Lane: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed several pieces of jewelry from a residence between noon Jan. 2 and noon Jan. 4.
2100 block of Veirs Mill Road: The complainant reported that an unknown subject took the complainant’s wallet from his back pocket between 3 and 3:08 p.m. Jan. 15. A short struggle ensued and the subject was able to flee with the wallet.
Suspect description: Male, 16 to 20 years old, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches, 120 to 130 pounds, with black dredlocks or twists, a dark skin tone and a thin build. Last seen wearing black sunglasses, black jeans and a black sweatshirt.
200 block of Rockville Pike: The complainant reported a known subject approached him and asked for money between 9:30 and 9:40 p.m. Jan. 18. The complainant agreed. When the complainant took money from his pocket, the subject grabbed the cash, pushed the complainant and fled on foot in an unknown direction.
Suspect description: Male, about 26 years old, short in height, with many tattoos, including a teardrop under his eye. Last seen wearing a blue puffy jacket.
1600 block of Rockville Pike: The complainant reported an unknown subject entered a business between 2 and 2:45 p.m. Jan. 19 and asked about purchasing an item. The subject then asked to charge his phone and walked around the store as the complainant assisted other customers. Several minutes later, the complainant discovered an iPad had been stolen from a front display stand.
Suspect description: Male, about 20 years old, 5 feet 9 inches, 140 to 150 pounds, with brown eyes, very short black hair, a medium build, and a tattoo on his neck. Last seen wearing a black winter jacket, multicolored shoes and blue jeans.
Unit block of Preserve Parkway: The complainant said her unattended cell phone was stolen when she stepped away from a table at a restaurant to use a restroom between 10:25 and 10:30 p.m. Jan. 21.
