Rockville City Police: Bobcat Stolen From Construction Site, Robbery Arrests Made

The following incidents were supplied by Rockville City police. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Arrests

 

On Sept. 12, a 22-year-old man was arrested on charges of 1st and 2nd degree assault, robbery, conspiracy to commit 1st and 2nd degree assault, and conspiracy to commit robbery, following an earlier incident that occurred on Sept. 9 in the 300 block of Martins Lane.

On Sept. 16, two men, ages 19 and 21, were arrested for 1st and 2nd degree assault, robbery, conspiracy to commit 1st and 2nd degree assault, and conspiracy to commit robbery, following an earlier incident that occurred on Sept. 9 in the 300 block of Martins Lane.

On Sept. 17, an 18-year-old man was arrested for 1st and 2nd degree assault, robbery, conspiracy to commit 1st and 2nd degree assault, and conspiracy to commit robbery, following an earlier incident that occurred on Sept. 9 in the 300 block of Martins Lane.

 

400 block of Hungerford Drive—A 56-year-old man was arrested for theft and resisting arrest on Sept. 23, between 4:11 and 4:40 p.m.

 

Unit block of Maryland Avenue—An 18-year-old man was arrested on Sept. 24 between 4:36 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. for possessing drug paraphernalia and  for two open warrants for theft and trespassing,

 

800 block of College Parkway—A 30-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were arrested for assault on Sept. 25 at 6:04 p.m.

 

Unit block of Monroe Street—An 18-year-old man was arrested for 2nd degree assault on a Law Enforcement Officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and theft on Sept. 26 between 8 and 9:15 p.m. 

 

600 block of Goldsborough Drive—A 30-year-old man was arrested for 1st degree attempted burglary at around 11:30 p.m. Sept. 27 for a prior incident that had occurred on the same day.

 

1000 block of Copperstone Court—A 55-year-old man  was arrested for 2nd degree assault on Sept. 27, between 7:45 and 7:52 p.m.

 

800 block of Veirs Mill Road—An 18-year-old man was arrested for 2nd degree assault and malicious destruction of property on Sept. 28, between 9:45 and 10 a.m.

 

Incidents

Unit block of Courthouse Square—An inside door to a business was kicked, though no entry was made in to the business. The incident occurred sometime business by kicking an interior door between 3 p.m. Sept. 21 and 7 a.m. Sept. 23. No entry was made into the business.

1600 block of Gruenther Avenue, the complainant reported that an unknown subject removed a purse from an unlocked vehicle on Sept. 22 between 8:30 p.m. and 8:35 p.m.

Unit block of Upper Rock Circle—A Bobcat was taken from a construction site on Sept. 23, between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Martins Lane and Ivy League Lane—Clothing and sunglasses were taken from a vehicle between 10 p.m. Sept. 23. and 9 a.m. Sept. 24.

Unit block of Ritchfield Court—A hookah and prescription medication swere taken from a residence Sept. 24, between 10 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  Once inside the unknown subject removed a Hookah and prescription medications.

700 block of Ridgemont Avenue—A GPS, a purse and money were taken from an unlocked vehicle sometime between 6 p.m. Sept. 24 and 8 a.m. Sept. 25.

400 block of McArthur Drive—A cell phone was taken from the kitchen of a group home between 11:30 p.m. Sept. 24. and 8:30 a.m. Sept. 25.

600 block of Goldsborough Drive—The side door of a residence was forced open at a residence on Sept. 25, between 2 and 2:15 a.m.  No entry was made into the residence.

600 block of Smallwood Road— An iPad, a computer bag, and a passport from an were taken from an unlocked vehicle between noon Sept. 27 and 9 a.m. Sept. 28.

Unit block of Church Street—A wallet was taken from an unattended purse that was in an office on Sept. 27 between 12:15 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.

600 block of Linthicum Street—Cash, a driver’s license, three credit/gift cards and a check were taken from an unlocked vehicle between 9 p.m. Sept. 27 and 9 a.m. Sept. 28.

800 block of College Parkway—An audio tuner was taken from a vehicle on Sept. 28, between 12:05 and 10 a.m.

200 block of Cabin John Parkway—A cell phone was taken from a vehicle between 10 p.m. Sept. 28 and 10:30 a.m. Sept. 29.
