Rockville Man, 18, Charged With Rape, Assault

Caden Isaiah Riley, 18, was arrested Saturday and charged with three counts of first-degree rape and one count of first-degree assault.

ROCKVILLE, MD — Montgomery County Police arrested a Rockville man, 18, and charged him with raping 16-year-old girl Saturday night, a police news release says.

Authorities say officers went to a home in Rockville around 8:30 p.m. for a reported rape that had just happened. The victim told officers she had been assaulted by someone who was riding a bicycle on the pedestrian bridge near Lakewood Elementary School.

Officers canvassed nearby and found Caden Isaiah Riley, 18, according to a police news release.
