Rockville Station East Side Closure Extended To October
The extended closure is due to additional construction at the Rockville Metrorail station, county officials said.

ROCKVILLE, MD — The closure of Rockville Metro Station's east side has been extended through October, according to a tweet by Ride On Bus.
The extended closure is due to additional construction at the Rockville Metrorail Station, the Montgomery County Department of Transportation said.
Construction was originally slated to end Sunday.

Earlier this month, all bus stops on the east side closed and were temporarily moved to either the west side or on the street at MD 355, county officials said.

County officials said wayfinding signs have been placed at the Metro station to help riders locate their bus stops. Ride On staff are also on site at the station for rider assistance.
