Public Schools Closed In Montgomery County, Officials Say
Montgomery County has made a decision regarding the status of county public schools for Thursday.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — All county schools will be closed Thursday because of overnight snow and resulting hazardous road conditions, officials said.
All school-sponsored and community-use activities in school buildings are canceled. Administrative offices will open two hours late.
Athletic games and practices are also canceled. A plan for rescheduling games will be released later Thursday.
