Winds toppled a tree on Arctic Avenue in the Aspen Hill area of Rockville.
Strong winds from the severe storms that passed through Montgomery County Wednesday afternoon knocked down a tree in a yard on Arctic Avenue in the Aspen Hill area of Rockville. The tree took down wires with it.
